The output of any company is the vector sum of the people within it, so if we can attract the most talented individuals early and remain aligned with our mission, Laniakea prevails. It is often better to bring in those who have not yet had their breakthrough and help them achieve it together. At the same time, we should continue asking meaningful questions about the future: are we really going to watch eleven robots play sports against each other, or read novels written entirely by machines without understanding the human life experiences that once shaped great stories? The more I build, the more ideas for projects I get. And then I worked on multiple projects at the same time, manically yelling at my computer in the middle of the night. but with clankers doing everything, how will humans have meaning? For that matter, how will they survive economically? Clanker was supposed to save time, yet I work more than ever before.
